Booking Information
Bookings can be made for the optional tours on the online registration form for the period 6-12 September 2012. Please indicate your preferred options and number of tickets required. Please note full payment is required in advance.
Bookings can be made through WALDRONSMITH Management, the Meeting Office, up until 24 August 2012. From 24 August 2012 bookings will be subject to availablity and may need to be made direct with the tour company. Children
Child prices stated apply to children aged between 4 and 14 years inclusive. Adult fares apply to persons 15 years and over. Children 3 years and under are free if not occupying a seat (ie must sit in parent’s/carer’s lap). If a seat is required, child fare applies.Please indicate age of child(ren) in the registration queries section.
Courtesy Hotel Pick-Up
Pick-ups from selected hotels can be arranged upon request. Please indicate your hotel when booking your tour in the registration queries section. Full details regarding your booking will be provided to you prior to the tour.
Tour Cancellations
In the event that a reservation is cancelled, the following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellation within 72 and 24 hours of departure 50% of total cost
Cancellation within 24 hours of departure 100% of total cost
Terms and Conditions
These tours are administered by WALDRONSMITH Management, the Meeting Office and conducted by Grayline Tours. The tours are based on scheduled public tours, and are not offered exclusively for participants and accompanying persons attending the Meeting. All sightseeing tours include informative English speaking commentary, all entry fees and meals where specified. Comfortable shoes and clothing are recommended for all tours. For any outdoor tours we recommend that participants bring sun protection cream, sunhat and sunglasses.
